Mashed Potato Bread

Ingredients & Directions

2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
(not rapid rise)
3 c Bread flour
1 c Frozen mashed potatoes
At room temperature
2 tb Granulated sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter or margarine
3/4 c Lukewarm milk — (about 85
Degrees )
2 tb Fresh parsley, chopped —

Add all ingredients in order listed to bread machine. (reverse order if
operating manual for bread machine specifies liquids first and dry
ingredients last). Follow

manufacturer’s instructions for baking bread. Nutritional Information:
